Do you have all pre-requisites installed for the Mailbox role? Is this the only mailbox server or is there another or was there another installed in this forest/domain prior to this one?

It was another MBX installed but same error, I removed from Control Panel, it was removed smoothly when I go to exchange organization via ADSI, I dont see that server anymore. I did another fresh install of OS 2008 R2 SP1, I installed all the perquisites, prepare schema / prepare AD, then latest updates, the system passed all prerequisites before trying to install, the installation goes fine until it reaches Mailbox Server role.

If you no longer have any mailbox servers in your org and you are using the same domain as before, you need to check ADSI-Configuration context, go to CN=Databases,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=<YourORG>,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=domain,DC=com to see if there are any reminants of objects representing databases that do not exist any more. Delete these database objects if (and only if) you no longer have any mailbox servers in this exchange org. Do you have any errors in the application log related to the install?
